I've used EPIM on PC for years and more recently on Android. I paid for the pro version to support the developer and because it is unbelievably useful. It has multiple modules built info one app, Calendar, Tasks, Notes, Contacts and Password Manger. You can also sync with a PC version. One reason I love it so much is because all the modules are separate from your android apps, i.e. a stand-alone calendar and contacts book. You can password protect it with a pin or fingerprint. You gotta get it!

I've bought into the PC software and largely happy with this. However, the Android 16 app (installed via apk) will not sync to EPIM cloud even though I have subscribed to it. Yes, password login details checked. So I'm marking the APP here. Not the PC software.

Not as user-friendly as the desktop version. When setting up a recurring event on the desktop version & syncing that with the Droid ver, delete that event from the Droid, it became a non-recurring event, so you have to delete every one. When viewing your calendar in the month view & delete an event, it immediately goes back to daily view. Syncing doesn't work consistently. It has to be forced to work & mobile device has to be close to solve conflicts regardless that desktop ver overrides mobile

I use the desktop app, and have always stored the data in Dropbox: it is a shame that the android app can ONLY use the essential pim cloud :-(I already pay for Dropbox, why should I pay AGAIN for another cloud? I installed the app on my phone, and while I managed to get the phone to detect the essential pim on my PC, I was unable to connect. I even put TCP & UDP holes in the firewall for the selected port, and still no connection. So, sadly, I'll not be using Essential Pim on my phone.
