Useless app. Flight landing time is always incorrect. Google is the most accurate one. Heathrow app is a con; make you come too early and pay for car park! Don't use this app. If Google can get it right, then how can't the official Heathrow app?

Does the job of navigating around the airport but the account sign-up is, for me, a joke! They send a verification code to my email address but when I switch to Google Mail and back again the screen resets and the verification code is invalid. After going around this loop for a third time I gave up! If only their verification codes would remain valid for even a minute I'd be able to register but, on this phone at least, it's a non-starter.

Poor at updating flight info. Flight EL178 was delayed by an hour on 21/9/25. Flight info never appeared to update. Thankfully the info on Google was more upto date.

When I enter I want to navigate to the meet and greet pick up area, I tap on parking options and instead of navigating me to the meet and greet it gives me options for parking at long term and short term other parking completely oblivious of the fact that I want to pick up?! Somebody which is what I entered the first place.
