BookOrbit is a native Android client for your own self-hosted BookOrbit
server — a personal library for ebooks and audiobooks that you control.

BookOrbit does not host any content itself. Point the app at your own
BookOrbit server and get a fast, native way to browse, read, and listen
to your library on your phone or tablet.

My husband and I started using this web service to host my audiobooks and pubs. I've really enjoyed it so far, but admittedly it was kind of a pain to keep it open in a tab on Firefox as my books would sometimes restart or not save progress. My husband told me there is an app being developed, and I immediately found it. Links up to the server well enough, easy to navigate. Just started using it, so we will see how well it syncs and saves soon. Thank you!

No epub3 read aloud support. Which is what made me and many others interested in book orbit in the first place. Seems to try to download the whole epub3 book to read which means it's not on their radar at all. Not expecting much.

This still needs some major work. Right now I still recommend using the web app. Currently, my audiobooks don't even play with this, but they do on the web app. The web app is also significantly nicer to look at.
