To be honest, this app allows you to track a package from a large amount of carriers without having to know exactly what carrier the tracking number belongs to. For example, you are given a tracking number but not told who is the carrier, you just pop the number into this app and bam tracks and also automatically keeps tracking after the package is transferred to a different carrier (tracking number in China then changes to a tracking number in your country)

The best app ever in tracking parcels. No app can match this app. I have been using this app for the past 6 years, and it has never failed to provide an update as long as the shipping company has provided an update on the status of the parcel. I compared it with 50 other tracking apps, but it emerged as a winner. Every time I saw an update on it, I would refresh these other apps to see if they could have the same update, but unfortunately, they could not even be near to that update.

Paid for the premium subscription but push notifications don't work and parcel information doesn't refresh until I open the app, they also take a long time to refresh. I have turned off battery optimizations to see if it helps with running in the background, but it doesn't. Update: Two years later and I bought the subscription again, but it behaves the exact same way.

Auto-select is broken. My tracking number is shared by multiple couriers, and the app keeps matching it to the wrong one and marking it as “Delivered.” Even after I manually switch the courier, the status doesn’t refresh and stays stuck on the old result. This defeats the whole point of tracking. I’m seeing many other reviews reporting the same bug, so it’s clearly widespread. Please fix the refresh/auto-detect logic and let manual selection override cached data.

This app is SUPER SLOW!!!!! It does not update tracking for long time. I did test a tracking number from USPS. The package arrived here and the tracking still show "Out for Delivery" for hours. Go for 17track, and they are fast at updating your tracking.

Had high hopes....... Extremely disappointed ! It lists "Australia Mail" (with a wrong logo)... THERE IS NO SUCH COMPANY AS Australia Mail !! The name is "Australia Post" They do not have the Australian parcel company "Star Track" Not a single tracking number for Australia Post is found by this app, so it's pretty much useless.
