Great app to rent a car for half the price of rental companies

Your app is not bad, but it is also not as good as turo. I have had the chance to rent in the U.S. via turo and turo is alot easier in terms of communication with the owners of cars, especially before starting any rent. I was able to ask questions and quickly get answers from owners which helped me decide which car I want to rent eventually.

Twice in a row, someone sends a request to rent the car, I accept, and then it falls through. No notification. Apparently, Get around lets people keep on looking even after they've agreed/confirmed, unlike Airbnb. And the commission they have on it on both sides, is huge. So much to make rental not so appealing and option.

App bugged out, and I couldn't return the car. Spent 1 hour on hold then one hour with customer service to finally return the car manually. They promised I wouldn't have late fees, but of course in the end I did. App seems convent, but don't be fooled, they will rob you blind.
