This company doesn't care about you. Had a car delivered on Saturday. Brakes squeaked as the guy backed it off the truck. Drove it to work Monday, Brakes squeaked some more and even grinded. Well they act all cool about, don't worry take it to our approved shop. So I take it Monday afternoon to drop off. Mechanic finds worn pads and even some grooving on rotors. But Carvana's evil sister claim company, Silver Rock, denies the claim due to "wearable items." Well, here's your car back.

Just bought our 2016 Toyota Highlander in Oct 2025. Took it in because it was grinding when braking. Well we come to find out noone has checked the maintenance on this vehicle at all. Needs transmission fluid changed. Needs engine coolant changed. Needs fuel and Air Induction system service. Needs transfer case fluid exchange. Needs rear differential fluid exchange. And left front brake is missing guide pin bolt. These services are going to cost alot of money. I would not have bought this car.

Carvana has 0 quality control. They delivered a filthy and non-functional car to me that did not match the picture they listed. Left me without a car for 2 weeks and counting. The replacement car they had me jump through hoops to get never came. I got a call the morning of the delivery, apparently that car was misrepresented also, and they couldn't legally sell it to me. They had already listed photos of the car and sold it! That's two cars in a row. Still waiting for them to get it together.
