Carvana has 0 quality control. They delivered a filthy and non-functional car to me that did not match the picture they listed. Left me without a car for 2 weeks and counting. The replacement car they had me jump through hoops to get never came. I got a call the morning of the delivery, apparently that car was misrepresented also, and they couldn't legally sell it to me. They had already listed photos of the car and sold it! That's two cars in a row. Still waiting for them to get it together.

Bought a car through them. It was listed on their website as AWD but when I got the car it was FWD. Because they only mention VIN, year, make, model, color, and mileage in their contract they hide behind a disclaimer on their website saying that the information on the website may not be accurate so that they can ignore you when you tell them and then do nothing about it. Be sure to do a VIN search on any car they have before buying to make sure that they are selling what they claim to be selling

App vs Service. The app itself is fine. And the people I had interacted with were good. But whoever is vetting these cars prior to sale needs to be canned. The first one I received had 5 air fresheners affixed to the vents. After removing them there was a massive mildew smell. Plus the transmission clunked. The replacement vehicle was not as described, and it smelled like someone had been smoking cigars in other for 6 years. Anyway. From here on out I will only see the car in person before pu
