I will never buy a car from Carvana again. I bought a car from them two years ago. It had low mileage, thus the appeal and higher than typical price tag. It was driven lightly for two years and properly maintained. Now I'm looking at a new transmission and exhaust issues. Low miles and light driving does not make for the issues this car has. They essentially sold me a lemon. Save yourselves the trouble and go buy certified pre-owned from a reputable dealer.

Incredibly poor customer service from Carvana. We scheduled our vehicle delivery a week ago and planned our entire weekend around it. An hour before the delivery window, they called to say someone broke the vehicle's fuel door, delaying our delivery by two weeks. The vehicle is sitting right now at the Carvana University Park Inspection Center. I called the nearest Mercedes dealership-just 25 minutes away-and they have the replacement part in stock. Never again

I have watched one video Testimony after another on Carvana Regrets and Lemon cars sold by Carvana. From what I have read, this is the absolute worst scam Used vehicle Broker in the U.S. If you want reliable, search elsewhere please for your own sanity. Do your research, Google Carvana lemon problems.
