I clicked on S Start widget or app to see what it was. Now every time I power my phone on, I get a black screen and ads I do not want TracFone does not know how to tell me to turn this off. I hate it

Unfortunately this app comes preinstalled on the BLU smartphone. Even if you don't enable it at initial setup of your phone, it enables itself and takes over your phone. It is intrusive and causes your phone to lock up and freeze requiring you to reboot your phone. You can't uninstall it or disable it because it says if you do your phone won't function properly. It's like a virus.

Not really sure what this app is for. But the app opens when I'm doing other stuff on my phone and causes it to freeze up. The app opens form 10 minutes to as much as an hour and a half in the middle of the night. It's gotten to when I go to bed I have to plug my phone in all night in fear of it dieing before I get up. I have tried to uninstall and can't all I can do is uninstall all updates to the app. The app is ruining my phone and I can't stop it. NEVER GET THIS APP
