Experience has been mostly satisfactory as long as the section has no cigarette and drug odors around the region I choose to stay in. Fairly decent hotels. Find the suites especially the queen and the King size rooms very satisfactory! Very comfy hire suites are my favorite! Great service in certain locations! Comfortable rooms!!

One of my favorite apps when traveling. The prices & rates are unbeatable @ times. However, if you were to find a lower rate, They Price Match! Customer service is top tier, online & @ each facility. The CHOICE umbrella will always make you feel like you're @ your second home. Every stay has been so great from booking to check out that I always find myself booking another night or two or three the morning of checkout, on the app, in the comfort of my bed. I'm a team member of Choice I love how it used to take me straight to the app when I clicked on the link that sent to me and says employee rate now it doesn't give me that option... App keeps saying it has a bug and keeps telling me to deep sleep the app... I'm frustrated with it, I never had problems now I do I have a trip to few days now I can't book my room using my employee rate

Not an app I tend to use anymore. I have been using this app for years for cheer competitions/travel and in the last 3yrs can never find a decent clean hotel any more through this app and can't even use your points. They're supposed to have more choices for hotels than choice hotels (which tend to be dumps) but I can never find anything!!
