Website says it works with my dive computer. Bought Dive mate transfer pack for $8, and it doesn't work. The Bluetooth interface works great with my Cress app and my dive computer but not Dive mate. Sent request for help from Dive mate twice and no response. I love the app but add-ons and support are lacking

Have to pay to transfer your data to a new device. This was not clear from the beginning.

Can't export without purchase now? I've had this app for years and when I switched phones, I was able to access my dive log from the new phone. Now it's requiring a purchase in order to transfer dives to my new phone. My dive computer has its own log book, so I just wanted my records, but I can't even save them. How terrible. You should still be able to save a copy to your phone even if it's not a direct cloud save.
