Works! Your phone is the router. You connect it to a device, which is the server, via USB. The client (some other device) can connect to the server using the IP address of the phone. This app creates a forwarding rule from router to server, pointing to the IP and port of the server within the USB Tether network. Adding another rule from Home Wi-Fi to Phone allows external connection. I noticed one bug. You must restart your phone if the server IP changes. Restarting the rule doesn't work.

It works for me. However, it depends on your Mobile IPS provider setting. Issue: Here is my ISP network, they are sharing limited public IP with multiple users by created an additional subnetwork, which also call public IP in their network So... I have 2 different public IP 118.xxx.xxx.xxx and 100.xxx.xxx.xxx I can't forward port to my local device. Because I can't reach that 2nd layer public IP 100.xxx.xxx.xxx. Solution: mortify mobile phone APN setting from default "internet" to "direct". It is working for me. That solution actually provided by my mobile network provider. Please call your Mobile network provider getting correct APN setting. It is not software issue that is network issue. I have tried a few times restart my phone getting different public IP each time. They all work very well without issue. Maybe, a good idea gets a static internal IPv4 IP address for the device. Then, it will not need to update forward information next time.

My goal was to forward something received on the public side of the phone (from the ISP provider for the phone data) to a device tethering on Wi-Fi. Never worked....

This app is very useless, but easy to use at the same time. It couldn't open any port and forward for me through my USB Ethernet neither could it even do the forwarding through Wi-Fi. Nonetheless, it does have a user-friendly interface, but doesn't have the ability to forward ports in real time especially if the forwarding is done through Mobile Network. Nonetheless, I would recommend you open and forward a port through the net cat software instead of using this software.

It's not working. Put my PC's ipv4 as the IP and I go online to port scanner, and it says all those ports are closed. And because of this I can't run my ark server

Hello, can't connect through UDP when using it for Minecraft Simple Voice Chat Server. I've tried to isolate the problem and LAN worked fine. I forwarded from default gateway (eliminating possible problem from internet) and the server said it failed to read package from the client. Please review if there's any bug and update it, thanks.
