This is a decent app for scanning and ease of use. However, a few filters would bring this app among the toppers. As an open source, it's a very good app and deserves easily a rating of 4.3 to 4.4 upon 5. I am looking forward to the developers to bring the filters, if possible. Wouldn't mind paying up if the developers become intuitive and innovative enough, keep up the good work guys. NAMASTE!

Focused on privacy, so expect to not have good automation, hence harder to auto crop the documents. Also, one more thing, PDF has no 'paper' size customization. Still, this is good alternative, very clear and simple ui app.

Very frustrating app to use Grateful for a free, ad-free scan app, however... I know the developers have designed the app to be minimalist but the lack of settings options on my phone is crazy. CHATGPT gave me many options to use settings including the obligatory Three Dots. Sadly for me there are no three dots visible. Have I inadvertently reduced the app's permissions? I checked permissions and have granted the necessary ones-all to no avail. The three dots are like the Scarlet Pimpernel.

I love that it has no adds and doesn't ask me to share my phone's gallery content (respects privacy). But it is not as user-friendly as it could and when I scan a document with a logo, it scans ONLY the logo!!! I must recrop it manually. Not acceptable.

Some images don't get saved when quick scanning, even though they appear fine during confirmation. They also don't get cropped during quick scan, at which point I might as well just take pictures with a camera app...

Man.the scans are of very low quality.text is all blurred .then what is the use.please improve the quality... If I want just cropping .there are many apps available.! Improve the scan quality.!

Update 8/14/22: crashes almost every time I try to scan something. This gets 4 stars for being completely free and open source, with no ads. It's also very easy to use. However, I do have an issue with the app crashing for me when I try to add more pages to a folder than already has about 15 pages. Another suggestion I have is when scanning multiple pages at a time, it would be nice to not have to scroll through and select the same filter every single time you take another picture.
