I do a lot of buying and selling shipping for my side business, and FedEx is extremely reliable and fast, with very accurate up-to-the-minute updates. You can nickname orders to keep track of everything and the app is perfect. Note: My only "complaint" is loading the app usually takes a good 15-25 seconds for some reason, while other shipping apps open in a few seconds.

Very slow to load. It always says an error occurred. I click to see my shipment list, and it says no shipments to track then after not touching anything for a few minutes, it'll finally show my shipments. It always has random shipments that are not mine.

Useless. I copied the tracking number from the FedEx website to use it in the app, and somehow they can't find it?
