Even though my mobile and laptop are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, it still shows ‘Please connect your devices to the same Wi-Fi network'.

Please fix! App destroys dates of Photos. Birth pics, first day at school, first kiss, riding bike = all happened on same day! 8 years of over 4000 pictures all taken on the same day according to Feem. Also, Apps are NOT listed Alphabetical order. I have 150 Apps and there is no search function, no way to find a particular app to send. Avoid this if you're moving pictures or film archives to a new phone. Exif is no substitute it's ignored by android and Windows File managers which all use dates.

Suddenly it stooped working even though you are connected to same hotspot between your phone and pc, now it requires internet connection for file transfer. But it worked fine in the past with hotspot connection (no internet needed). Cause of this error/problem, I have uninstalled/not going to use this app until they fix this.

Following Error "Error launching feem v5 Another program is using the port 45002" Looks like something terrible is wrong with recent update. App can't even show device ID and other information.
