The mobile app is great, but I feel like overall it is a little bit slower than apps like we bull. I do wish that Firs trade had a desktop app and/or for the mobile app to allow us to view the charts for specific contract options. This is a feature that we bull has and robinhood has to an extent as well. It would be nice if firs trade implemented this feature. Currently, 4/5 but adding that feature/speeding up interface would make the app 5/5.

The app has become incredibly glitchy in the past two days. I have not been able to access my account all morning so far, and I have active options I am trying to keep a close eye on. My money will be affected by this today. This is entirely unacceptable from a trading broker.

Time Wasters They ask me for Passport details from my birth country, but then ask me from which country does my passport come from and provides only a list of 6 countries to choose from. My country NOT INCLUDED!! Outstanding.

Don't use this app they blocked and don't let you transfer your assets or withdraw your money bad experience. I don't recommend this trash.

I've had an account with this brokerage since 2019. I recently switched banks and had to wait the 2–3 days to validate the initial deposit(s) But then they continued to restrict my account until I submitted my driver's license and my most recent bank statements. It is 2025 and there are many other brokers that don't create such a hassle just to deposit or withdraw funds. I would advise anyone to consider this "free" brokerage app to consider the cost of giving away so much information.
