These meal plans often come with an optional meal prep to make it less stressful during the week. • Shopping list – Generate a shopping list from your meal plan or a single recipe • Measurement system – Choose between Imperial system (lb/oz/cup) and Metric system (ml/grams).
All recipes in this app are as whole food plant based as possible with minimal processed foods and 100% vegan, but still super tasty. You will find lots of dinner ideas, breakfast ideas, lunches, snacks, treats, festive and side dishes. If you have allergies you can easily filter for gluten-free, nut-free, oil-free and soy-free to find recipes that fit your preferences. We have also included filters on high protein, under 25 min, low calories and few ingredients.

Amazing Application! I've been using for about 1 week. All recipes are very easy and healthy and tasty. Love meal planner and the grocery list, makes shopping easier and faster as it can sort by Isle location in the grocery store. Before this app, I was struggling to create healthy meals and would resort to eating the same foods over and over again or would resort to eating fast food. Now I have always the right ingredients and time. All items are mostly plant based. Would recommend.

I subscribed to this app, but found it only works on my phone. I find that it's very hard to look at the app on a smaller screen. I've tried downloading the app to my Kindle, no go. I've tried downloading the app to my Lenovo tablet, no go. I tried downloading to my HP desk top computer, no go. If the phone is the only way I can use the app, then I decline the subscription and have cancelled. Would love to be able to access on a larger screen.

Installed, immediately uninstalled. Why? Because it is not free. If you want to access any of the recipes you have to buy the app and that is not a one time purchase it is an annual fee. Very misleading.
