My friend and I'm done the Old town and castle tour and also the Jewish quarter tour with Dale. He was an excellent guide and was great at explaining everything to us. His knowledge and history of the local area is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the tours and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to visit Kraków and find out more about the history of this lovely city.

Great app, used it a couple of times now with no issues. Last time was a walking tour in Brussels (Sunday 2nd March 10am). Great tour, very informative and the tour guide clearly loved what he did.

This app shows a shocking lack of respect for users’ personal data. After finishing a tour I booked through it, I was repeatedly contacted by guides trying to sell me their own extra services. By phone and by mail. I filed a complaint with customer support of Free tour, but the response from someone named Elias Hormazabal was dismissive and showed zero respect. Here is his quote "The thing is, whatever you book on internet platforms: you will always give us a right to use your data".

Completely unreliable. Guide failed to show up and failed to respond prompt to messages. Confirmed booking in Tenerife. Update. Message received hour and a half after tour guide failed to show, stating tour cancelled and no alternate! Avoid and use alternative providers.

Hi, I booked a tour for today, which was scheduled for 5.15 pm. We reached the spot and looked for the guide, who was not found. Later we received a cancellation email at 5.34 pm (15 minutes later the scheduled time). This has been very disappointing and inconvenient
