The app has always worked great. Having often tried apps that go with cameras, the fujifilm camera remote just works for me with my Fuji film X-T1. I have found that after a while, it's best to re-pair.

All good. Seems to work fine pairing a X30 with a Galaxy S23 phone - Wi-Fi image transfer is straightforward as is live view shooting. Very impressed given I'm doing this on a camera that was released over a decade ago.

I never write a review, but imma give fujifilm a full five stars as the amount of one-star reviews is diabolical. Used this app on iphone and the interface was a little dated and difficult to navigate, but iu could get your pictures off just fine if you're patient and sat with it. Always felt like that came with the fujifilm charm

Absolutely garbage app. Connects to camera then cannot transfer photos. Fuji makes nice cameras, but their apps are trash. They won't ever fix this one because it's old.

To be fair, until about May 2025 the app worked reasonably well between an X-E3 and a Pixel 8a. Since then, it won't connect with that phone, and pairing no longer works. But on an older Pixel 5a with an older version of Android, the app still works fine. So I suspect Android is the problem, not the app. Still, Android is not going to change, so it's up to Fuji film & the app developers to fix it.
