After new update. Smooth snappy. The search is quick even the route options show up almost instantly. Strong moves' dev!!!! Big ups! -- searching while in route is cumbersome. Uploading GPS files not easy. Recording video online the route is cool idea, does crash recording intermittent. it's got all the right parts n pieces, just needs some tuning. Running on a s24 ultra. I love the idea of privacy, maybe team up with Proton and allow saved GPS spots between devices? Still a bit clunky.

Overall a great app. I have no problem with the subscription. It used to be that way a long time ago. I like that I can download the maps and that I'm not being tracked. The only issue is that it doesn't always give me the quickest route and will take me the long way around when there is no traffic on the freeway.

It's pretty good, the navigation works well enough. However, the search function needs improvement, it should be able to inference that I'm searching addresses close to me or at least within my state. If I don't provide town and state in the search query I'll get results from the Midwest or further when I'm on the East Coast. It also seems to struggle finding organizations by name instead of physical address, but that might be more because OpenStreetMap doesn't have that info.

2026.03 wait... is this app no longer free??? I used it for offline maps and now I can't? 2025.03 good app but pinch to zoom does not work as expected on Android auto. You go from your street corner to the Milky Way in a pinch
