Works great. Because of this app, I was able to trace my app usage problem to the VPN I was running. (It was reading about 100 MB use when it should have been 2 GB). As I would prefer to properly track how much data I use, I turned off my VPN. I tried another data tracking app before this one, it was not able to help with the VPN issue. This app also has an app blocking VPN, which is the reason I found my data usage issue.

Very disappointing refund experience. My Glassware Premium Personal Plan renewed on April 26, 2026. I requested a refund on June 4, 2026, but Glassware refused because their refund guarantee is only 14 days. I asked them to consider at least a partial refund for the unused remaining period of the yearly subscription, but they refused. In my opinion, this is an unfair and customer-unfriendly policy for subscription renewals.

It counted all of my data usage as mobile data and zero of Wi-Fi usage as actual Wi-Fi usage, thus making the data tracker completely unreliable.

The daylight saving bug still hasn't been fixed or addressed. For example, if I use 1gb of data 1 hour before midnight on Monday, that data use gets added to Tuesday, or sometimes both Monday and Tuesday 😫 this means I can't trust using the app during daylight saving time (British summer) which is half a year 😱 Even AI recognizes this issue better than the developers of the app. Money first, fix never!

The app has a large permanent and unhirable banner telling you to install the desktop version of glassware. It is on every tab and there's another, larger banner in the settings menu.
