The GoodSAM Responder App is a professional deployment system used by Emergency Services around the world.
GoodSAM provides a range of solutions connecting those with specific skill sets to those in need, for example:
- GoodSAM Cardiac – This system is used by ambulance services to alert those trained in resuscitation (e.g. off duty paramedics, nurses, doctors, police and fire staff) to those nearby who are likely to be in cardiac arrest. This system has saved many lives around the world. - GoodSAM Volunteer Response – GoodSAM is a platform used by organisations such as the Royal Voluntary Service and British Red Cross. - GoodSAM Pro – This is a professional dispatch system for community first responders and the emergency services.

A great app for anyone willing to pick up the call when the alarm goes off and is willing and able to perform CPR. Amazing app that isn't just for CPR but also allows for other callouts as well, if you have the appropriate Lifesaving equipment.

😠🥰💎 THE ONLY 1 main CRITICISM I have for this app is that you MUST REGISTER with an email address in order to USE IT. Many peoples phone, tablets & pcs are REGULARLY HACKED & therefore cannot always if at all ACCESS or create EMAILS-PLEASE therefore let people REGISTER with their WhatsApp or smartphone telephone numbers instead and in addition to emails as MILLIONS MORE WILL USE IT to help everyone else. Thanks. WhatsApp exists for INSECURE hacked mobile phones to enable calls & texts.

Updated as no update. Please can you add some more sensible alert tones and stand down alerts. I would like to see a better choice of alerted / pager sounds that actually sound like a pager or alerted, currently there is one and several non paging type tones. More Distinct loud alerted tones please

FRAUD ALERT! I installed this app and confirmed my identity and soon after bank accounts were made in my name! DO NOT USE THIS APP! I have reported it. It is the only thing that I sent my ID to recently, and they also have a photo of me in the profile! The address on my ID was an old address which is what was used to create the fraud bank account, so there is no doubt. The proof is the ID I uploaded to Responder to prove my identity was used to create an account in my name along with my profile

I have a Galaxy S23+ phone and the app constantly freezes. Only way to get it to work is to restart my phone. Very few alerts as I'm restricted to walking distance for alerts despite the fact I'm a Community First Responder and get sent to arrests several miles away as I use my car and carry a defib. I carry a defib even when I'm not on duty as a CFR, and I'm signed onto Goods am.

Since the update the schedule does not provide the details of where exactly COVID clinic locations are. One has to deliver into details, and it only provides a Google location as opposed to the name o of the location at the outset e.g. Port of Bristol Sports Hub etc
