Grammarly HAS ANALYZED OVER 3,500,000 WORDS FOR ME SO FAR!... And they are doing a great job!!! I have a slight case of dyslexia that has ruined my ability to spell, so, no one was happier that me when they came out with spell checker!!! Apart from everything else I write I am writing a book, with a working title "More of the things I'd like you to know about God", and I have 240+ pages so far. Something I could have never done without Grammarly. And the writing assistant is the cherry on top!

I searched for "free writing tools and writing assistant apps", and this one popped up first thing. I downloaded it, uploaded one document, and found out it's not free after all. I gave it another try. You know, to give it the benefit of the doubt. I deliberately typed a few punctuation errors,,,. But lo and behold, it didn't catch even a single one. It did catch a few misspellings, so I gave it a single star. I'm sorry to say that it hardly did a thing for me.

Before the update, grammarly is good to use, there's 100 free trials for you to use depended on the style, and it worked for me as a college student and is less strict to write extinct contents. Now is boring and plain, I used to want to do the premium version but grammarly became a disappointed

Was working great, now it's ruining documents. Putting punctuation in the middle of words. Putting corrections I approve in random spaces. I don't edit as I write, I edit at the end I'm guessing it can't handle looking through 5k words at a time which makes it pointless for me.

Okay, this app is decent if you want your short-form texts to look clean, but it is atrocious for anything long-form. Every time I try to use it, at least the mobile version, for anything longer than a thousand words, it always scrambles sentences or does this thing where it scrambles letters into complete nonsense. Maybe this latest update will finally fix this issue, but seeing as how the last ones haven't, I wouldn't count on it.
