Excellent selection of meals; they have all been "restaurant quality" as far as taste. The prep and cook time estimate seems off as it has taken me about an hour to prepare each meal, but I'll go back to using multiple pans simultaneously like I did before, and I'll bring that down.

Usually a fairly good app, although the website is more reliable. In the latest app version on Android I am seeing a value of null across the app. Some examples: ingredients serving data (per null servings), ingredients allergy info (may contain null), steps (step null of 1), items in box (null in your box). This needs fixing, especially the allergy info, as this could be dangerous to those with allergies. All allergens are showing as null in the app only (website is correct).

Wrong recipe cards sent. Bad ingredients and/or protein every single week. I've used a lot of meal kit apps. Green Chef has some great recipes, and they are mostly easy to cook. However, I have had an issue with every single weekly order. I've given Green Chef a chance twice now, but I can't continue to spend money on meals that I can't use.

The food itself is solid. Good recipes, good ingredients, decent price. It's everything around the food that can make Green Chef is misery to deal with. The app feels cobbled together. Support Bot is a glorified FAQ, phone is okay but stuck on script. Green Chef likes to unilaterally alter your details though (i.e. delivery always on Sunday suddenly delivers Wednesday), usually around holidays where you're likely traveling, without telling you. Happened twice now, fight for credit each time.
