I am actually enjoying next sms. Before this I always used default message programs, I'm very simple but when Samsung announced the discontinuation of theirs and that Samsung was switching to Google messaging, I tried it but did not like it. Next Sms is loads better, I still don't know how to multi click messages for delete (I assume you can) but so far so good otherwise

I love this app. I had A issue, they gave me the steps one by one to correct my issue, as well as did A follow-up to see if it was corrected... Fast-forward 3 years later, the app name changed, and one of the features I loved is gone. I'm not getting notifications for my privacy box texts, and I've sent an email, but haven't gotten A response. I'm missing text, that's sitting in the privacy box, with no modification that it's there....

I do love the app, I wish it was able to support RCS . Google messages sucks and Samsung screwed everyone buys selling us out to Google. Other than that I love the app, I do know I will never buy another Samsung phone again !!

Ok so I'm not getting many texts from my friends and family. What is causing this? I can't miss texts like this!!! My mom is having lots of health problems, and I can't keep missing texts.!!! I'll get 3 or 4 then miss the next 2... and it's with multiple contacts it's happening.

I have been using this app for over 10 years. I just found out yesterday, I was not getting a bunch of very important text messages. But other messages were coming through. So I didn't know there was a problem until someone from a group chat asked why I didn't answer a question. It was because I never saw it! I switched to the message app my Samsung came with. And a bunch of messages flooded in.

The ads in the menu screen start playing whenever the app is open. There is no way of closing the advertisement. It also won't mute correctly. The only way to stop it is to close the app

I am experiencing several severe issues with your app that require immediate attention: 1. Unauthorized Blocking: The app is randomly blocking contacts and phone numbers without my permission. 2. Intrusive Ads: I am receiving advertisements formatted to look like text messages. 3. UI/Contact Loss: The search-first interface makes it difficult to quickly add numbers. Furthermore, if I change text platforms, these unlocatable contacts are permanently lost, preventing any information transfer.

ADs mixed with Text Messages. I thought someone hacked my phone. This was a five-star app with Ads everywhere (within setup, at bottom, other locations) but never mixed with my text messages. It totally is now a ONE-STAR app with this unprofessional change. Plus I could not find if there was a way to turn off ADs. Loved the app before, extremely dislike the new AD method. Thinking of removing app with this new change as it's a major distraction. Nice work devs!
