I made payment for a year subscription but every time the app wants me to pay a full time subscription in order to access some features and shows me like I am in a free mode like I did not make any payments. Kindly assist me

It didn't take long. They said pay us again. I have sent several emails and have all the responses from Angelina. I have screenshots from the app showing lifetime deals and email from your team saying that is technically impossible. I will submit to Google fraud and see what they think. I paid for a pro license advertised as "pay once enjoy pro forever" only to be told since my phone broke I must pay again. THAT IS A SCAM. The life of one phone is not "forever"
