Does not work offline. Why are the booking details not stored for offline access abroad? This is the only real benefit for using a (web) app over a website! The informative and Spam notifications are in the same category, so one can't only block the spam.

The app is sometimes difficult to use, I mostly struggle to select hotels via the map. Name mix ups happen, so you arrive at the hotel, and the booking is for somebody else, or your invoice carries the name of somebody unknown to you. Their "smart pay" option, i.e. you quickly check out in the morning and get your invoice by email often doesn't work, and customer service is absolutely non-reactive. None of my emails was answered and for each case I needed 3-4 follow-up calls to resolve the case

Does not allow you to save favorites anymore and all my 6 year of favorites has disappeared strangely there are no reviews as well is this a fake app?
