Excellent app Excellent customer support. Not only do they give you money back when you are shopping but this Thanksgiving they paid for everyone's Turkeys and all the fixings. I can't imagine how much that set them back, and I can't wait what they do for Christmas. 😁 This is one app you need to have on your phone. Update: I missed putting something on my list to get money back for it, and they emailed me pointing out my mistake and allowing me to fix it, so I would still get the 💰

I like Ibotta, but I don't like the offers where you have to buy multiples to get the cash back. A lot of times I only need one of that item, and buying multiples goes to waste. That is why I gave 4 stars.

They charge if you don't use so often now. But I can't use my account because the app keeps saying my phone is linked to another account, that's only been linked to my account. The help tab was completely useless. Just a ploy to use up your funds tied up in your account. I'm washing my hands of this useless app.

What used to be an enjoyable experience has now become a hassle with IBO TTA. They show offers you add them to your cart, pay and check out then you don't get the cash back for the item. I recently bought 3 Kool aide boxes of juice, did 3 separate receipts, paid, submitted my receipt then the 2 separate cash back offers for the juice just magically disappeared. NO that's not ok, that's called an SCAM!!!! I'm tired of fighting for cash back they owe me. IBO TTA do better and please fix my credit
