Pathetic app fraud sales team very poor customer care services no one available for weeks for any problem and setting up they just sold and lost they sold me software for clinic with multiple doctor but unable to set doctor specific print setting

Very bad experience they promise earlier that they will provide online consultation n not even single consultation in year. Services r also poor sms not get deliver. Total waste of money

If you are an advanced user, this is paid app is not for you. we are using since 3 years & requested since 2 years to rectify the bugs, still they couldn't do it. Very thick skin people they have in their team. For Eg: You can not copy, paste in patients profile, search option is worse, can't even search with secondary number. You can not add foreign patients numbers as it's blocked to +91. If any space between mobile numbers, it will not search. If we add, it will add the wrong numbers
