This was my player of choice for years. Suddenly with the latest update, it's entirely unusable, playing the next song on the playlist overtop the current selection, playing that song as soon as the app opens, continuing to play long after closing the app, not responding to controls to pause. They broke themselves into unusable unpleasantness. 11/29/2025 Edit: It seems the overlap autoplay issue has been fixed. Score adjusted now I can use the app with confidence.

Guys when opening app. Next song on playlist playing automatically. Please fix this issue. After clear que it stops. Not able to continue playlist where I paused before. This fixed select black player Equalizer not stock also select exo decoder. Reverb stopped working in new mobile Android os 16. Oneplus 13r. Reverb works when amplifier is on. Too many bugs on this version 20.65.

Music suddenly stops then plays another song randomly, overlapping the current one. It was never like this before the update.

New update has very buggy playing. Some separate track is playing on its own, while the track SHOWN in "Now Playing" (as well as in phone's control center) is not actually playing. That was Nov 11. 2025-11-17 update: randomly stops playing music when out of app or screen is off. If track is changed, previous track sometimes plays in between (many milliseconds interweaved with the intended track)

Fix for two songs playing problems. Go into settings/audio and turn off gapless. Found this on a different site, and it fixed my problem. They also mentioned you could either go "gapless" or switch to exoplanet but, I couldn't find the exoplanet feature. Bought this years ago because it was the only thing that would play everything. Hope they get it sorted soon. Edit: exp layer decoder in under settings/advanced/ ... top option to change decoder. Select exoplanet instead of media player.
