Excellent platform for managing passwords. LastPass is the easiest and most user-friendly for newbies. I work in IT, advise businesses and teach digital security. I recommend 4 password managers: Bitwarden, 1Password, NordPass, and LastPass. I've used LastPass for more than 12 years. Would have switched after the data breach had they not been open about the incident and their improvements I wouldn't still be a user. ** I would like to see independent penetration testing as the other 3 do.

Worst app ever. I've used my biometrics forever, so I forgot my master password. The app is glitching and won't let me reset and customer service can't do anything except reset the whole thing which makes me lose all my passwords-DO NOT USE! There have to be better apps

I have mixed feelings about LastPass, but I blame Google and/or Samsung for it. My phone repeatedly removes the permissions required for LastPass to work correctly, and has now started signing me out regularly. When LastPass works, it's great.

I am writing this after confirming that my personal data was compromised following a breach on this platform. As a user, the entire purpose of a password manager is to provide a 'zero-trust' level of security for my sensitive accounts. LastPass has failed in that core promise. The fact that my data was exposed while stored in their vault is completely unacceptable. This breach has forced me to go through the exhausting process of changing passwords for every single one of my accounts.
