Works great for my tenants. They are able to access our emergency procedures and send our dispatch center pictures or texts if they aren't able to call. One thing it needs is if you have permissions, able to access the Live Safe dashboard when your desktop is down.

It's fine for what it is, but what I don't understand is why I log in and have a profile, but have to manually enter my information such as name, phone number, and email address every single time I want to complete a health check for school. It seems pretty stupid to have an account, login, and still have to manually enter all that stuff. I'm just not impressed, and I just can't fathom why it was designed this way. Such a waste.

Campus police: Use the Live Safe app to contact us in emergencies. The app, on the very first screen: "An error occurred. If problem persist, contact Liv..." Always nice if your emergency app is unreliable.

I downloaded this app previously because the mall I worked in used it for emergency notifications. The mall no longer uses it, but I am now getting fishing texts and emails that originate from Live Safe. I would really like my data/account to be removed from this app so that this no longer happens. It's upsetting that a 'safety' app is apparently not being safe with customer data.
