Pretty easy to use. It would be great if the GPS map was color coded for speed variability. The app not loading any of my pics? I've checked for updates, revooted my phone, waited 10 mins and none of the pics will load?

The app and platform was great while it worked. Upon renewal, I can't log in. I requested to reset password. The reset password request never shows in any inboxes. Every time I reach out, they don't read the actual email. They just send a generic reply. I'd like my $40 refunded since it's been weeks since I renewed, and I still can't log in.

I considered one star but the app actually does some stuff right from what I can tell. It's not my "go to" app, and only got a 2-star rating from me, because in the 3+ years I've had the app it has NEVER said that my cadence was within target range. Not once! I'm not a novice, albeit not an elite runner either. If the app is always wrong about my cadence, what else is it consistently wrong about?

New update is buggy. Never had issues before today. But now it is stuck at 0.04 miles when I walked around 2 miles. It also says I burned over 72 million calories now I have no correct data for my walk.
