Please note that FTPS and SFTP are not the same. SFTP is not supported by this app.
Port number should be greater than 1024 as binding to ports like 21 will not be possible on non-rooted phones. The default port number is configured to 2221 and can be changed from settings screen. For security reasons, anonymous access is not enabled by default. It can be enabled from settings screen.

Every time I start a server, It opens system settings for this app and asks for "write to SD card permission". My phone does not even have an SD card and there is no such permission in the list. App works OK nevertheless.

It's simple, and it works allowing Its simple and worked right away with guest no-password access. The main problem I found was the file lists for directories seems to be cached so if a new file is added on my phone (like taking a new photo) then I have to disconnect and reconnect to see that file.

Edit 3: it was great app. But now it's FORCING ME to Install "Open 360 Extreme Browser" to use it. Which worst thing. I just tried connecting in browser, and it showed popup. And was unable to connect. To dev: Try yourself connecting in any browser. Even when I don't have that browser installed. It's happening in any desktop browser. When we enter ftp url in browser it connects with app. So it's definitely coming from app request. & I used this same app in past same way in browser.
