All the other so-called "permissions management" apps out there for android are complete garbage compared to Permissions Manager X! If you want the closet thing to having nearly absolute full control over every single individual apps permissions including all system apps as well as this is it if.

Last update, great. What is running another great app from the dev and works great to get a lot of information, to see all that is running. / The info helps for non-root users to set the permission that is req over adb and Termux app. I was able to do it with both methods. This app is better than the one I was using, provides more permissions to disable. Orange not yet set, disable perm, set as reference, set shed, app will revoke perm

Downloaded exclusively to prevent an app from taking audio focus. I'm trying to prevent the Jillian Michaels app from ducking the audio on other music apps while I'm working out. It doesn't work, I can mute the sound from the JM app, but it still lowers the music volume from other apps when there normally would have been audio playing regardless of setting focus to ignore/deny which makes it useless. No option to refund despite uninstalling immediately because it doesn't work as I need it to.

After latest Magisk update PMX no longer recognizes root reliably. No other root-dependant apps have any issue. It has become unusable because of this. You can get it to work by uninstalling and reinstalling, but after a device restart the problem starts all over again. Both the F-Droid version, and the Play Store version have this issue. Same problem on my Pixel, and on this Xiaomi - Both running Android 13. I am hoping this gets fixed.
