The ads are so awful, there are SO MANY, however the app itself is great. So good that I'm actually considering dropping the $19.99 for the full version. That's not horrible considering it is one time payment, and I will be using it often.

An ad each time you click on a medical term to learn its definition? No, thanks. Maybe I could accept if there was an ad for every 5 words or every 10 words. This might be the fastest install / uninstall I've ever done.
