Description
Distance Meter is a free rangefinder app which allows you to measure the approximate distance and height of an object. The handy camera measuring tool performs non-contact distance measurement by camera lens and hardware sensor of device.
You can measure the distance to the target object automatically by aim the cameras at the base of the object, measure the height of object and aim camera at the top of target object. It works in camera live view. The distance measuring instrument uses the height of the camera lens and its tilt angle to calculate the distance to the object. Use Distance meter for quick distance and height measuring.

Crashes a lot, absolutely riddled with ads, inaccurate measurements. I also think the units of measurement are wrong. When it first asks you to enter the height of you device it says it's in cm, but it starts at 170 and goes no lower than 20. I think it was supposed to be in mm, and it was a typo on their part. I don't know. My own phone is about 14.5 cm, and I don't know of any phone that's over 20 cm. Anyway, won't be continuing to use this app.
