Great app Works just as it says. Perfect for day use. Didn't keep the video version because my phone has terrible night vision. Can't see the crib when the lights are off, even with low lighting.

Brilliant! Haven’t done extensive testing yet, but seems good. What I was looking for was a way to use two android phones as a baby-monitor, without the need of an existing Wi-Fi. On one of my android phones I started up a movable hotspot, on the other I connected to this. I then ran the Wi-Fi Baby Monitor, plugged in the ip given, and wola. It works! Went behind a few normal walls and the app was still working. The connection failed after another few brick walls. When the connection failed, the receiver part played an alarm - Perfect. The microphone adjustments also work well, so that you get to listen to the baby if loud enough sounds are made. Missing a setting in the menu to enable an alarm if the sender goes into standby. This would have made me feel a bit safer. Thumbs up! Update: It works like the author replied under, so no need for alarm when entering standby ;)

High-maintanence I used this for over a month. Several times a day, I had to silence some alerts and/or restart the app, for both the parent and baby device. There were different alerts. For the past couple days I've been using "Baby Monitor" and that's been much better. No alerts going off every couple hours.

If I could give it a zero I would, it would not let me see video on parent device kept telling me ton open in app and then would ask to buy when o selected buy it would say bi already owned it. Baby would keep failing and in could only open if I opened in the app store done waste your time

It says free and lite, but then wants you to pay EUR3.50 to be able to use video. Not as advertised, but I'm like OK, not a lot of money for a monitor. But then you find out you NEED TO BUY IT TWICE!! Because each device needs to buy a separate license. So not only applies false advertising, but also makes it useless as people want to use an old device where play store is usually not connected to a pay plan. Refunded and reported as inappropriate.
