This is brilliant for my 91-year-old mum! I had a few teething problems setting up, but once it was going it was great. Once finalized it's useful to know that a long press on the settings will access the menus again - this info I eventually found. What a wonderful app. I've set 5 picture contacts, disabled everything else I could, so she can't press any other buttons by mistake - also disabled SOS as she's in a nursing home and has her own SOS button on her wrist. She's now able to communicate with us when she wishes for a chat, that's all she needs. We're so happy! We used an old phone I had with Android 5.1

Good, except the address book does not sync back to my Google address book, you can import from it but not update it. Also, address book can not handle entries with multiple phone numbers. Showstoppers.
