Love the FREE photo books that you get. You just pay a small amount for shipping but well worth it! The books are good quality, and it's nice having specific times (ex: Summer 2024,Winter 2025,Christmas party 2025) and memories in a little book. Perfect to give as a sentimental gift. Would recommend it to everyone! So easy to use!

The book is free, but shipping is not, I'd say false advertisement or vaguely explained.

What's funny is that you offer photobooks FOR FREE, and people say delivery is free. You lied. I wasted my time on an app that's not honest. If it's not truly free, specify IT COSTS MONEY. The actual Free prints app is only worth it. This app plus Free prints Gifts is a waste of time.

This company is FRAUDULENT!! They DO NOT stand up to what they say! They say they will replace anything you are NOT happy with, but it's a big fat LIE!! They refused to redo my pictures and upright was nasty in my email!! This company is not a company who DOES NOT need your business!! They don't care about their customers at all!! I've already reported them to the BBB!!
