I love this app. You pay shipping only, and I don't know anywhere else you can get this many photos this cheep. Also, you get gifts like photo books, posters, blankets, and stuff like that. I've used Free Prints for years. The last several orders I made they omitted a crucial part of the address. Which resulted in my son never receiving several orders. I brought it to their attention & was told it was too long ago to get a reprint for pictures. Over the years I've spent hundreds probably nearly 1k with them. I don't want has changed, but they need to remedy it quickly. I like the simplicity of Free Prints, but I'll be finding another way. Wasting $$ isn't in my yrs agenda.

This is a joke!!!! I know someone who got a free book and free shipping didn't have to pay anything at all!!! But they want to charge me for shipping! 😡 how is that even fair? Y'all pick certain people to give free shipping to??

Ordered my first book of the month a long time ago, and it never arrived. I requested a reprint and that never arrived either. The app is refusing my request for a refund. Plenty of people have had decent experiences, but it seems really scammy.

It says $5 unnumbered photos. You make your book easy to arrange. You get to the end to buy it and find they add 39 cents a photo times 60 photos adds $23.40 to the price.
