Since the last update or so, now when turning on PIA from the Android notification quick button, it picks a random server, rather than staying on the last server I chose. This only started happening recently, and I have to go into the app in order to force it to the server I want.

So I'm updating my review. I know that PIA can't really store logs of who is using your account, because then that would contradict the no policy logs. Thankfully it's easy to fix as long as you have proof (receipts) that you are the owner of your PIA account and can contact the support team to do change details and kick out unwanted logins. If you don't have your receipts, or lost them, check your purchase history and that is also proof. Connections are decently fast and reliable.

It is easy to use but honestly? Really unreliable, constantly cutting out, the always on VPN doesn't always work and It often won't connect but won't tell you, until you realize that messages haven't been coming through on messanger, it's not that great to say it's a paid service

Cannot use the kill switch feature and set certain apps to bypass VPN at the same time. Turning on kill switch blocks all internet access to apps that you set to bypass the VPN. This should not be how this is supposed to work. Turning on one feature should not break another. Kill switch should only affect apps that are set to use the VPN, not the ones set to bypass it.

Ever since the latest update whenever I turn the VPN off and on it keeps changing the location to the nearest IP instead of the ones I select previously, its very frustrating
