Touro is a great alternative to traditional car rental services. The Host, Vehicle, Booking App and fantastic of Vehicles to select from is great. My first time actually booking and taking the trip since I downloaded the app over a year ago. I was able to add my co-driver mid-trip once I reached their location and set them up on the app profile. I will book more trips in the future, and some with the same host as well.

Our story is too long to fully document here, but long story, short, is our Turo rental vehicle broke down on us in the middle of nowhere, Southern Utah. Turo did nothing to help us, provided no alternative transportation service to get us out of nowhere, Utah, made UNFULFILLED promises that we would be reimbursed for the extra incurred expenses due to the breakdown, and has been extremely difficult and demeaning post the incident. They owe us over $800 and are unwilling to pay it.

The prices are ridiculously expensive! I'd say just go to a car rental or rent a U-Haul, this app is total garbage.

Probably the worst experience of my life with travel. I spent $500 on a 4-day rental of a nice-looking Jaguar (stupidly selected "non-refundable"). When I got it, I discovered it's 7 years old with 86,000 miles, grabby brakes and jerky acceleration, a musty perfume smell and pet hair on the carpet. I terminated the trip after 2 hours, but have to pay for the full 4 days. Customer "service" refused even a partial refund because I had no "proof". Turo sucks. Stay away.

What the hell happened to Turo? This new app is absolute garbage!!!! It won't let you decline protection even though I have a $300,000 policy with Progressive. Also, when it prompts you to take a picture of your driver's license it won't allow you to edit the picture. If you take it horizontally it saves it vertically and won't allow you to edit it. If you take it vertically somehow it saves it horizontally. What the actual #### is going on at Turo?????
