This was my 1st time renting a vehicle through Turo. I will definitely use Joe's Auto Again. The 2013 Toyota Sienna guzzles gas but rides well. I would trust this used car dealership to purchase a vehicle from.

Worst experience ever tried to rent a car, and they flagged my account gave me the run around with there very poor customer service these people are a joke I think there just scamming people for there info and credit card information I never got a car wasted a bunch of my time with their customer service people DON'T USE THIS APP THEY WILL GET YOU BAD BUSINESS TURO NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN THERE. ROBBING PEOPLE

Very disappointing experience. My trip was cancelled by the host after I had already planned hotel and other bookings for 8 people around this vehicle reservation. The host said the vehicle was scheduled for major maintenance, but this created a serious disruption and added cost for us because similar options were no longer available at the same price. I contacted Turo support, but I was only told that the booking was refunded and that there was nothing else they could do.
