This is one of the most helpful apps I have downloaded in ages. There are so many options to choose from in this app. Unbelievable how incredible I'm truly grateful. I love it for the audio file and what it can do and tell you about your audio files and sum it up and tell you even the words spoken it's amazing. Thank you developers. 🤘 have not seen one ad. I haven't even upgraded, yet.

Why do I need to create an account and give information for an app to record calls, now uninstalled before I even used the recorder

Definitely not accurate at all. It couldn't even transcribe a full bar or line from a YouTube video.

New user for a week. I can't figure out how to download or copy out a line transcript from the app. It seems they want to force users to use their AI tool, but this doesn't work for me. Uploading is troublesome. It constantly goes back to pending, will go from mostly uploaded then back to 0% or will error out. I need easy in (uploading the recording), then easy out, downloading the full transcript in .txt or .doc format. Other add-ins might be cool but shouldn't get in the way.

AI summaries are the best, however there's no way to upgrade anywhere on the app. So my transcription recording is locked without any way to even pay to get it "unlocked". If you're recording something important—don't use this app. Otter provides more for free, even though it's not as fancy. And Otter offers ways to upgrade. I'm not sure why REV is like this. It has the best transcription quality, and its AI summaries are so profound they can become addition classes. But with no way to upgrade
