After trying a few apps from the play store I decided on this one. Being able to play the slide show in random order, play videos and make the app automatically start when the device powered up are all features I am looking for. My only concern is that the app WILL NOT create a slideshow from photos on Google photos. The app will only make slideshows from local photos and videos. The Google photos connectivity is just for selecting and downloading photos locally.

It perfectly fills the void with not having native Google Photos app on Android TV. To the developer, try adding a 3-second option in the Slideshow settings. 5 seconds are too long

I purchased lifetime premium, but it will not restore my purchase!!! I want my purchase to be honored since I supported the app in good faith when it was new. I should not have to pay again. I would like my purchase restored!!!

Does not work as expected. Always sending me to a website to install google photos, which is already installed.

Installed and uninstalled after 5 minutes. This app doesn't let you just choose a gallery or album on your device. You have to connect it to a Google gallery. I was looking to replace the photo slideshow app with something different, but Gallery by AI Photo Team is a far superior slideshow app, and is completely free.
