Good app but amazing customer service! I bought the old version off this app a couple of years back, back when it wasn't subscription based. After that one stopped working at some point and became fully unavailable, I messaged the customer support, asking if we could come to an understanding. Not only did they respond within just a few hours, but they also offered me free permanent access to the new app and it's features.
