★★★★★ A must-have if you're an avid reader. I'll admit they haven't had every title I wanted, but it was usually more obscure books they didn't have. Fast shipping, great prices, and they will notify you if something on your wishlist becomes available

★★★★★ I've been getting my books from Thrift books for years, and I still love it. I usually buy them in series, so I can read at my discretion and never wait on the next book. I've enjoyed free shipping on good quality books.

★★☆☆☆ The book was shipped in only a poly mailer, so the corners of the book are damaged, and there are scratches on the top and bottom. I paid decent money for this book, and with it being my first order, I didn't know how they would ship it. When I saw that it was in just a poly mailer, I immediately knew there would be issues. I would much rather pay for shipping, so they can ship with better care. It's so thoughtless.

★★☆☆☆ The app itself works okay, but certainly has issues. My rating mostly pertains to the quality assurance/reporting of book condition by Thrift books. I have had countless times when I order a book in conditions from "very good" to "like new" and have received books that I would not even consider to be in "acceptable" condition. This paired with the rising prices of their books and lack of return policy has had me writing off Thrift books entirely.

★★☆☆☆ App to buy books, NOT a great app to sell books. I was promised $50 for a box of my books, but when they actually received my box, they changed the payback value to $7 and didn't let me get any of my books back. I feel like I got scammed out of half my library when I was trying to do a good deed and pay a bill at the same time. I would have rather just kept the books.
