I love the concept of this application I have ordered probably a total of 8 to 10 cards and half never make it to its destination. I contact customer service, and they say it is out of their hands once they send it out, but I just find it really weird that when I send a letter or postcard only 50% actually make it to its destination. I really wish this application worked a lot better and the cards I sent out made it to the place, but they just don't know why don't know if it's usps or touch no

I would give this 0 stars if that was an option. Most of the cards I sent out never arrived. I didn't want to renew my membership because I'd used not even half my cards, but I forgot to cancel. I reached out the day after they took the payment explaining and asked for a refund, and I never heard any response. Don't waste your time or money on this, it's such a disappointment.

Besides the first few cards, never been able to get this app to work. Updated today for the millionth time, still nothing. I give up on my credits, just going to uninstall

My card was never printed, so I asked them. One of their reps, Mercy, wrote me back saying it's just a glitch, and that my card was in fact sent to: the wrong address, wrong state, wrong person. It's been 4 days since I informed her of this.
