Free and ad-free, My Library allows you to store your personal library and to perform a quick search within it.
My Library allows you to: - Add a book to your library by scanning its barcode (title, author, cover, summary, published date, publisher, ...) - Add a book to your library via its ISBN number or by keyword - Add a book to your library manually - Look for a book in your library - Sort your library by titles, names, categories, read / unread, ... - Export your library within an Excel file - Import a library from a previously exported library - Manage your wishlist - Display some statistics
For intellectual property reasons, real book covers are not allowed on Google Play screenshots. But in the app, you will of course be free to add official covers for your books.
Please note that My Library uses many services (like Google Books, Amazon, etc.) in order to match ISBN numbers and the books you are looking for, therefore if an ISBN number is not found, it is because it is not referenced within those services.

This is my indispensable library app. It keeps track of all my books (I don't collect other forms of media, but it works for those too), and gives me access to my entire home library with views by title or author. It is easily searchable. Adding books is a breeze by scanning the ISBN code - the app looks up the book and automatically pulls in the relevant information. Or, you can add it manually, as I do with my older/rare books. It saves the book cover photo with the listing. Excellent app!!!

Does not work without creating folders on device and using all my storage. If I wanted to use my storage for this I would not need an app. Unable to import or add books without doing this. No matter how many times I gave it permissions it did not work anyway

This app would not allow me to add the first book I barcode scanned, and had the details automatically downloaded. The date was in dd/mm/yyyy format that the app said was invalid. No dashes. A well written app would automatically correct whatever was supposedly wrong with that valid date, possibly rated invalid because of regional settings. I guess you get what you pay for. I've since used other apps that can add the same book without a problem, even with the so-called invalid date.

August 2021: Very easy to used... No adds are the best... Love that I have a way to keep track of my books Knowing that I could download this app on any of my devices and be able to know what books I have... update: 4/16/2026: got a new phone and none of my books will import, tells me I have none 😭
