Awesome. I started to use Obsidian right now, both in Android and Windows versions, and I was able to sync all my .md files using Git Sync, so now I can seamlessly integrate all my notes in my laptop and smartphone at the same GitHub repository.

Very strange. It clones partial repos. I've never seen something mangle a git repo like this

I am getting an error when I try to clone a repo. The error is : error reading from the zlib stream; class=Zlib (5)

Doesn't support private email address setting for commits in GitHub. The initial clone is buggy and hangs, but after some fiddling, it eventually worked (hence the 2 stars instead of one). Free tier only supports 1 repo, and the premium tier is cost prohibitive. There's a weird setting asking for all access perms with little to no explanation (hard no). All of these make it a dealbreaker. Uninstalling and looking for another solution.
