A few days ago, I sent BNB to my Trust Wallet, but now my balance shows 0. I did not transfer it or send any transaction, so I do not know why my funds disappeared. I contacted Trust Wallet support, but after 3 days I still have not received proper help. For a crypto wallet, security and fast support are essential. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I cannot trust this app until my issue is investigated and resolved.

I initiated a withdrawal of $1.29 from your Trust Wallet via the BNB Chain; however, I have not received it in my Binance account. Furthermore, I cannot find any option within your Trust Wallet to view the withdrawal transaction ID or related details.

Most broken wallet interface, combined with the most incompetent devs & support. Not allegory, I have receipts; missing native staked stables 2 months of support & false fixes have been somewhere between laughable & despicable - fed up I took the initiative, located our funds (TW lying to you about what's being kept where) & am I unlocking them myself as we speak. Hey TW, how many fingers am I holding up👆🏻
