- Share a link, contact, or text. Then select QRshare to generate a QR code.
- Modify shared text by editing in the text box. The QR code auto updates.
- Tap and hold on the QR code to copy the to the clipboard, edit the text, or share the QR code.

Works easily with shared links, but opening the app itself has bugs. Whenever you try to edit the QR Share text after opening the app and click the image to create a new qr code, the text resets to the default message. This means text I can't easily create codes with copied text or typed text. 2025-01-22 Edit: The app has been updated by the developer, and it works great sharing links from other apps and from the text field. Very much appreciate the responsiveness from the developer.

Exactly what I need to share a URL with someone standing next to me! And it's open source! Sharing a URL as a QR code is a built-in feature in Chrome. But I use Firefox... This app is the ideal solution: you can get a QR code from any app that has a "Share" button. I really like that there is a text box under the QR code that shows the text that is actually encoded.
