I just like the fact that I can track these macros much easier I didn't even know what the hell macros was until I started using this app I heard people talk about it had no idea how to track it but literally just log it in, and it does everything for you, so I like that it keeps me on track, and now I have data of what I'm actually putting in my body I'm keto, so I need to know if I'm getting enough fat versus protein and this helps me track that easy

Finally, an app that does exactly what you need... gross and net carb counter, calories, fat, fiber, etc. I'm able to see what meals I eat for weight loss and which show it down. The food database and bar scanner are excellent. Thank you for this! Down 21 pounds and now on maintenance.

Terrible app. When I scan and save foods I can not find them again easily using the search bar. I have to either res can everything, or if I don't have the original packaging I have to scroll and scroll through my list of previously scanned foods to locate each item that I want to log. It is extremely time-consuming. I have paid for the app, customer service just tell you to repeat the same steps over and over. No matter how many times I tell them that it still doesn't work, they will not listen.

What's the point of linking the Garmin and then not adding the calories burnt to our daily allowance...

I've had this app for some time and if you know your diet limits and how to manage it, then it works great. The reason why I'm rating it, so low is that it forces you to upgrade in order to bring your information over and link it to Google health which is ridiculous. Also looking at food nutrients that are" premium" only is a scam. I can find all the information online for free, so why pay for useless additions. Use it for what it's worth and then dump it.
